President/Chairman of the Board (Pres)
The Chairman is responsible for providing leadership to the Board of Directors as well as bearing the ultimate
responsibility for its decisions, action, and opinions, and representing and reporting the same to the airline’s
employees. In addition, the Chairman is responsible for appointing qualified people to the board, for setting the
Board’s agenda, and for facilitating and providing leadership and overall direction to the organization through a close
working partnership with the President & CEO and his or her staff.
Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is directly responsible to BOD. The CEO is ultimately responsible for the
complete operation and control of Island Pacific Group Virtual Airlines. The CEO directs the day-to-day operations
and management and is responsible for implementing the airlines vision, mission, and overall directional plan. The
CEO is the head of the Executive Staff, and all staff members fall under his/her direction.
